On-Site 24 Hour Staff
Our Staff is trained and certified to provide residents with the quality services they require. Our staff is always there for our residents and their needs. Compassion has full-time caregivers who are available day and night. Our Direct Support Professionals are thoroughly screened, reference checked, and insured. They receive appropriate training upon hire as well as continous education. This enables our caregivers to improve the quality of living for our residents.
